A MAN has been jailed after police found more than 500 cannabis plants and shut down a drug den in Oldbury.
Edlir Bani was arrested after police executed a warrant at an industrial unit off Cornwallis Road in June.
The 38-year-old, of no fixed address, admitted being concerned in the production of Class B drugs and was sentenced to eight months imprisonment at Wolverhampton Crown Court last Tuesday (October 17).
West Midlands Police said they are working with partners to tackle crime, anti-social behaviour and other community concerns through the current Safer 6 campaign in Sandwell.
