OAKLEY Hazel Wife of the late Frank. Passed peacefully away at City Hospital on 10th January 2019 aged 88 years. She will be sadly missed by all her loving family and friends. Funeral service to be held at Rowley Regis Crematorium at 1.45pm on Tuesday 29th January, 2019. Family flowers only please.
