MARTHA GREEN 'PAT' Formerly of Old Hill. Passed away peacefully at Yew Tree Nursing Home on 21st March 2020 aged 98 years. Dearly loved by all her family and friends. Thank you to everyone who cared for her over the last few years. Unfortunately in line with Government guidelines, only immediate family to attend the funeral. Family flowers only. If you wish to donate, please send to Air Ambulance which was Mom's favourite charity. God bless and keep safe at this difficult time.
