STOPPING UP PUBLIC FOOTPATH ORDER 2020 - BERKELEY CLOSE (PART) WINYATES GREEN, REDDITCH The above Order was made on 7th January 2021. The effect of the Order will be to stop up the public footpath known as Berkeley Close (Part).

Description of Existing Footpath Berkeley Close (Part) to be Stopped Up (as shown on Drawing No. P2049/169) The section of Footpath on the western side adjacent of No. 29 Berkeley Close, for its full width, between the back of the existing footway (OSGB 408185,267099) and running in a Northly direction for approximately 8.9m (OSGB 408183,267108) A copy of the Order and map may be seen or obtained free of charge at the Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, B98 8AH between the hours of 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Any representations or objections to the Order must be in writing stating the grounds upon which they are made addressed to the Principal Solicitor, Redditch Borough Council, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, B98 8AH no later than Monday 8th February 2021. If no such representations or objections are made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Redditch Borough Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
