Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (C2042 Brockhill Lane, Alvechurch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of C2042 Brockhill Lane, Alvechurch from its junction with C2036 Clewshaw Lane to its junction with C2001 Hill Lane in order to facilitate carriageway works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Clewshaw Lane, U23203 Icknield Street, C2001
Weather Oak Hill and vice versa.
HGV'S: C2036 Clewshaw Lane, C2040 Middle Lane,
A435 Alcester Road, C2001 Hill Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
1 day Commencing: 6 November 2017.

(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting and Disabled Persons' Parking Place on May Lane Service Road, Wythall]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Wythall:-
May Lane Service Road (south west side) from its middle junction with May Lane for a distance of 13.2 metres in a northerly then south easterly direction, and 9.3 metres in a northerly then north westerly direction.
Create a disabled persons' parking place (north side) from a point 50.3 metres south east of its junction with Lee Road for a distance of 6.6 metres in a south easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. AcopyofthedraftOrder,relevantplan andStatement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Bromsgrove District Council, Customer Service Centre, Parkside, Market Street, Bromsgrove, Worcs., B61 8DA, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
