Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Stonehouse Lane, Hopwood, Alvechurch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Proposed Order: to close that part of Stonehouse Lane, Hopwood, Alvechurch from its junction with Ash Lane to its junction with Watery Lane in order to facilitate patching and resurfacing works by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Ash Lane, A441 Birmingham Road, C2036 Lea End Lane, Watery Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (within a 4 week period). Commencing: 12 February 2018.
(C2036 Lea End Lane, Hopwood, Alvechurch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2036 Lea End Lane, Hopwood, Alvechurch from its junction with A441 Birmingham Road to its junction with U23204 Watery Lane in order to facilitate patching and resurfacing work by WCC.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A441 Birmingham Road, Redhill Road C2042, Clewshaw Lane C2042, Lea End Lane C2036, and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 12 February 2018.
(U31200 Prospect Hill, Redditch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Order made: to close that part of U31200 Prospect Hill, Redditch from its junction with U32000Easemore Road for a distance of 95 metres in a northerly direction in order to facilitate maintenance works by Prysmian.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4160 Redditch Ringway, A441Alvechurch Highway, A441 Alvechurch highway: Riverside roundabout, U32002 Millrace Road, U32004 Meadow hill Road, U32000 Easemore Road. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day (Sunday). Commencing: 21 January 2018.
Worcestershire County Council (Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on Woodrow South, Redditch]
On 4 January 2018 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides ofroads in Redditch:
Woodrow South (west side) from its junction with C2123 Woodrow Drive for a distance of 32 metres in anorth easterlydirection; (eastside) from its junction with C2123 Woodrow Drive for a distance of 30metres in a north easterly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 25 January 2018.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Redditch Borough Council, Planning Department, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcs, B98 8AH, and CountyHall, SpetchleyRoad, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Courtwithin 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
