Notice under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 DC Section of the Schankar Limited Pension Fund ("the Fund')
The trustees ("Trustees") of the Schenker Limited Pension Fund ("the Fund") hereby give notice that the DC Section of the Fund is winding up and this is expected to be completed in the next few months.
If you believe you may be entitled to benefits from, or have a claim against or an interest in the Scheme and you have not recently been contacted by the Trustees, please write to: Pensions, KPMG LLP, One Snowhill, Snow Hill Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6GH or email: dbschenker@kpmg.co.uk Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance Number and details of their claim or entitlement either on or before 28 February 2019. After this date the Trustees will complete the windup of the DC Section of the Fund and distribute its assets having regard only to the claims and interests of which it is aware at that time. Notification is not required from any person who has received correspondence from the Trustees in relation to this matter.
