Coming on the A5 from the South at Corwen, at the end of the town turn left on the B4401. Proceed along this road through Cynwyd and Llandrillo. Proceed past the Bryntirion Inn on your left-hand side, continue over the bridge of the River Dee and bear left at the far end at the war memorial. Follow this road along and up a little hill and as it levels out on the right-hand side there is a large piece of white Quartz stone, turn hard right and this is the entrance to the estate with the Lodge on your left. Proceed up to the front of the house.

From Chester on the A494, at the traffic lights with the A5, turn left. Proceed down this road ½ a mile and over the bridge and turn first right on to the B4401 and continue instructions as above.Acreage:58
