Description

Lot 1

Lot 1 is a prime parcel of freehold agricultural land in a ring fence south of the farm buildings, approximately 49.50 acres / 20.03 hectares or thereabouts. Mode of Sale

The purchaser will be required to pay 10% deposit of the sale price immediately following the Auction and sign a Contract of sale with the balance of the monies due on completion. Contract
