Directions From Meifod village centre proceed south west on the A495 for about 1.5 miles to a set of traffic lights. Proceed through the traffic lights and turn left immediately after passing over the river bridge. Follow this lane, eventually rising up the hill, for about 0.8 miles and the track leading to the property will be on the left. Proceed over the cattle grid and up the track. Take your fist right and proceed along the track to a gateway where the track leads into woodland. Follow the track up through the woodland to another gate. Proceed through this gate and along the track and a gateway opening to the property will be directly in front of you. PLEASE NOTE A 4x4 IS REQUIRED TO DRIVE UP THE TRACK, THE TRACK IS ABOUT 0.5 MILES LONG.

From Welshpool, leave on the A458 to Llanfair Caereinion and after 5 miles turn right on the B4392 at Cyfronydd. Follow this road for half a mile and take the first lane on the left (after Cefn Farm). Follow this lane for approximately 1 mile. The cattle grid (to leave your 2WD car at is next to 'Cwm Golau' on the right. From here proceed over the cattle grid and up the track as per the instructions above.
