ICELANDIC rockers Kaleo are gearing up for a barnstorming Birmingham gig.
Since the release of their debut album, A/B, Kaleo have received critical attention for their distinctive fusion of alternative rock and bluesy melodies.
Lead singer JJ Julius Son is well-known for his gritty vocals, which give the band a powerful dynamic, tearing through a range of notes with a soaring falsetto.
They will perform tracks including No Good, Way Down We Go and All The Pretty Girls when they perform at the city's O2 Academy on Saturday (November 4).
Kaleo will be supported by Nashville quartet Judah & The Lion, who are set to release their huge Stateside single Take It All Back in the UK later this month.
Tickets for the show cost £21.50 and are available via academymusicgroup.com/o2academybirmingham
