A HALESOWEN grandfather who has been missing since last year has been found safe and well in North Wales.
Ronald Evans, aged 59, was last seen in October visiting a crematorium to pay respects his brother who died weeks before.
His family issued a desperate plea before Christmas in the hope he would get back in touch and to assure him he was not in trouble.
The police also got involved in the search for the recovery driver from Belgrave Road.
However, today the police released a statement confirming Mr Evans had been found.
The police spokesman said: “A missing 59-year-old man called Ronald Evans was found safe and well in North Wales on January 24.
“Mr Evans had been missing since the end of October last year.”
