PHOTOGRAPHERS inspired by the River Stour are being urged to take a stunning snap throughout the Summer.
The River Stour Clear Water Project is holding a competition for original pictures to help create a calendar for next year.
Volunteers from the organisation are busily cleaning stretches in Halesowen, Cradley and Stourbridge of the River Stour.
Rosanne Adams, from the group, said: "Last year's photo competition raised interest in the river and gave it a higher profile.
"We produced a great calendar in time for Christmas and sold all printed copies."
There are prizes for the best photographs including £50 Waitrose voucher for first prize, £20 and membership of RSPB for the runner up and a £20 book token for third place.
Digital pictures can be sent to t.stourbridge@gmail.com or prints to Transition Stourbridge, 49 Heath Street, Stourbridge, DY8 1SE.
