We note with some concern that recent electioneering pamphlets distributed on behalf of James Morris, the Conservative candidate for Halesowen and Rowley Regis carry photographs of him posing with members of the Royal British Legion Halesowen Branch.
We would like to point out that the Royal British Legion is a non-Political body and readers should not be mislead that we are endorsing Mr Morris’ campaign.
Whilst we acknowledge that Mr Morris has given support to the Royal British Legion during his term in office we have also received support from the Labour Party candidate Stephanie Peacock.
