A ROWLEY Regis beauty queen is representing the Black Country on a national level whilst raising cash for charity.
Clare Reese, aged 34, is hoping to win the Miss Charity Heart Beauty Pageant.
She said: "I'm representing the Black Country in the Miss Charity Heart Beauty Pageant; collecting funds for British Heart Foundation in the process.
"Miss Charity Heart is a competition that is designed to celebrate the fundraising success of girls from all over the country, the event encourages all abilities and ages from 9-30+ to take part and have fun in the catwalk challenges whilst helping a worthy cause."
And that is not the only pageant the personal shopper for Tesco has entered.
She said: " I am also taking part in the Dream Street Beauty Pageant where I will be representing Rowley Regis as part of the Black Country; collecting funds for The Big Red Bag Co which is the chosen charity for this year.
"Dream street Miss Uk and Ireland was founded in 2011 as a competition which promotes women of all shapes, sizes, ages and backgrounds on a nationwide level."
The Big Red Bag Co is a local homeless outreach organisation based in the West Midlands helping the homeless across Birmingham providing them with conversation, food, drink and other essentials.
She added: "I will be raising funds and organising events across the Black Country over the time leading up to the pageants so I would appreciate any promotional adverts you can do for me.
"I do have a Facebook page which people can add themselves too to keep in touch with events and information."
