Appeal lodged to High Court over Judge Cranston's Wragge Report ruling
AN appeal has been lodged in the High Court against Judge Ross Cranston's ruling this morning (Friday) to publish the Wragge Report into alleged corruption at Sandwell Council.
The judge had ruled in Sandwell Council's favour on all counts and the report was set to be published this afternoon.
