TWO pint-sized fundraisers from Halesowen have raised over £300 for Save the Children.
Brother and sister Jake and Kara Casey wanted to help children across the world and thought of different ways to raise cash.
Jake, aged eight, learnt to swim and did a sponsored swim raising £233 and Kara, aged six, baked and sold cakes in the Save the Children Peckingham Street shop raising £82.
Shop leader Eiral Edwards praised the two Manor Way Primary School children.
She said: "For two so young to do so much for Save the Children is wonderful.
"The money they raised will be used to help children in emergencies across the world and in Britain."
