Romsley Parish Council is back up to full strength after co-opting four villagers onto the council.
Amy Cooper, Joanne Tandy, John Price and Terry Richards signed Declarations of Office at June's council meeting. The parish was left short of councillors after only three villagers applied for nomination in May's election.
Council secretary Pat Taylor said: " The rules specify that we do not interview so applicants had to fill in forms and the council then selected four of them."
