A PCSO from Halesowen has appeared in court charged with breaching data protection.
Nicholas Johnson faces two counts of obtaining personal data by accessing the West Midlands Police investigation systems without consent on December 19, 2014 and between January 17 and 22, last year.
The 28-year-old, who patrols the Sandwell area, appeared at Walsall Magistrates Court on Thursday (November 23).
He was bailed to appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court on December 21.
