MUMS are being invited to get their legwarmers on as a weekly 1980s-themed dance class is getting set to launch in Halesowen.

Mum-Dance has sold out sessions across Bristol and the South West but is now moving up into the Midlands.

The new classes will be held every Tuesday from 7.30pm at Earls High School, in Furnace Lane, from January 9 until February 13.

More information about the class is available on Facebook at www.facebook.com/events/492911497760128.

Hebe Alloun, managing director, said: “With our unique combination of moving pilates and core strengthening work, 96 per cent of Mum-dancers get noticeable results on their separated abs and pelvic floor within one term.

“That’s while dancing to Chaka Khan, Salt n Pepa, Whitney and all your favourites, and this terms special is hammertime!

“This class is taught by the utterly smashing professional dancer and post-natal fitness expert, Laura Wilson, so get your legwarmers on and get down Mum-Dance.”
