THE work of talented Brierley Hill artists is back on display at Dudley Canal and Tunnel Trust's Portal building.

Nine Locks Art Group, led by tutor Tim Nash, have created a range of canal-side views, winter landscapes and studies of nature, using a variety of different styles and media.

The exhibition at the Birmingham New Road tourist attraction is free to visit and will run until January 22.

All of the original artwork featured in the exhibition will be for sale.

“We’re so excited to have Nine Locks Art Group back at the Portal’s gallery space," said Holly Wain, heritage activities assistant at Dudley Canal and Tunnel Trust.

“We are so happy that the gallery is being used by local artists with a range of styles and subjects."

The art group meets every Monday at Brierley Hill Neighbourhood Learning Centre in Hill Street to discuss and develop their painting skills.
