THE leader of Dudley Council will be in the hot seat once again as he takes part in an online Q&A session.

People will be able to fire questions at Councillor Patrick Harley when he is interviewed by the deputy leader of the council, Councillor David Vickers, via Facebook Live on Thursday (March 15).

The hour-long grilling will start at 6pm and residents will be able to watch the interview via the council's Facebook page Dudley Borough.

Facebook users can also get involved by typing their questions into the comments box and get an answer within minutes.

Cllr Harley said: “This is about giving residents, business and community groups more access to information than ever before.

“Results from the previous leader’s live sessions show that people have lots of questions and lots of ideas.

"It’s great to see people taking the time to discuss these with us.

"We try and help where we can and put people in touch with relevant organisations."

The live broadcast is part of this month's series of community forums.

The last two forums will take place on Tuesday, March 20.

Amblecote, Cradley and Wollescote, Lye and Stourbridge North Community Forum will take place at Withymoor Primary School, Gayfield Avenue, Brierley Hill, while the Gornal, Upper Gornal and Woodsetton Community Forum will meet at The Royal British Legion, Ruiton Street, Lower Gornal.

Both start at 6.30pm.
