THE winners have been chosen in our News Group Camera Club ICONIC VIEWS competition.

Duncan Buchanan's stunning image of the Four Stones at Clent takes first prize of an 18-inch by 12-inch professionally printed and framed copy of his photograph, courtesy of our competition partners at Dunns Imaging, Cradley Heath.

And Chris Derry has been award the runner-up prize of an 18-inch by 12-inch print of his atmospheric shot of Himley Pool, also from Dunns.

We were flooded with entries after challenging Camera Club members to submit pictures of iconic views from the areas we cover - so much so, we made the decision to award a runner-up prize after much deliberating by judges at the News Group and Catherine Peakman, marketing manager at Dunns Imaging.

Helen Clarke, News Group head of content, said: "We had a fantastic response to our first Camera Club competition.

“The standard of entries was so high that choosing just one winner and a runner-up was an extremely difficult task.

“The entries epitomised just what a beautiful region we live in and we are so grateful to everyone who got involved.”

Catherine added: "It's been great to see so many wonderful images of the local area. As the standard was so high, Dunns Imaging will also be providing a professional 12x18 print for the runner up as well as a framed print for the competition winner."
