A DRINK driver from Lower Gornal has been banned from the roads for 14 months.

When John Derek Mansell, aged 54, of Autumn Drive, was caught behind the wheel in Dudley on May 31, he had 76mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath.

The legal limit is 35mcgs.

The 54-year-old was fined £130 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Mindaugas Arnasius, aged 38, of Clear Road, Dudley, was fined £100 for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence in Dudley on August 17. He was given 10 penalty points and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £100 court costs.

Anna Silvia Downton, aged 33, of Castleton Street, Netherton, was discharged conditionally for two years for harassing a man in Dudley between August 6 and 14. She must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Kieran Patrick Hogan, aged 51, of Mildred Road, Cradley Heath, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for causing £500 worth of damage to the windscreen and bodywork of a car in Halesowen on June 17. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £185 court costs.

Damien John Mason, aged 34, of Halesowen Road, Cradley Heath, was sent to prison for 14 weeks for causing damage to two cars in Rowley Regis on September 3 and breaching a restraining order. He must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Thomas William Ball, aged 29, of Juke Street, Dudley, was fined £80 for resisting a constable in the execution of his duty in Dudley on August 20. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Kelsey Louise Bennett, aged 27, of Weaver Close, Pensnett, must pay £25 compensation for assaulting a police officer in the execution of his duty in Dudley on August 20. She must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

Donna Louise Pritchard, aged 41, of Birch Terrace, Netherton, was discharged conditionally for nine months for stealing engine oil and beauty products, worth £40, from B&M, Dudley, on July 4. She was also sentenced for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on July 18, having been released on bail. She must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Jamal Byron Pottinger, aged 27, of Romsley Road, Oldbury, was fined £120 for failing to stop a vehicle on being required to do so by a constable in uniform in Oldbury on March 28. He must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.

Richard Luke Morgan, aged 28, of Dadford View, Brierley Hill, was fined £200 for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress, in Oldbury on August 18. He must pay £50 compensation, a victim surcharge of £30 and £135 court costs.
