BLACK Country band Giant and the Georges will headline a gig at the O2 Institute3 in Birmingham next month.
Having stormed their way to victory at the So Called Studios battle of the bands - beating twenty six other acts from across the West Midlands - Giant and the Georges secured an opening slot at this year's Solihull Festival, where they performed on the same stage as Busted, Razorlight, 10CC, Blue and Alesha Dixon.
Following on from this success they have recently released their debut music video, Dopamine, which was directed by local videographer Nick J Townsend.
The rock band are now set to bring their zingy hook lines, tangy riffs and sweet vocal harmonies to the popular Digbeth venue on Saturday, November 10.
Tickets are available from www.ticketmaster co.uk.
Doors open at 7pm and the band will be supported by Kanvas, Heinz Sight, Francis & Friend and HighLite.
