A MAN from County Durham is set to face trial for the murder of stab victim Christopher Harm.

Glen Elvin, aged 25, from Fern Avenue, appeared at Wolverhampton Crown Court accused of killing Mr Harm, from Newcastle-upon-Tyne, who died following an incident in a car park in Brierley Hill.

Mr Harm was pronounced dead at the scene in Engine Lane during the early hours of October 13.

Mr Elvin, who did not enter a plea, will appear again at crown court on Monday November 19 and a trial date has been set for March.
