POLICE are appealing for information and dash cam footage after a serious road crash involving a motorbike and lorry at Amblecote yesterday.

The motorbike rider was taken to hospital with serious injuries following the smash in Brettell Lane at around noon on Thursday November 1.

The 29-year-old injured man was today still in a critical but stable condition in hospital.

Police say the lorry driver remained at the scene of the crash and has been assisting with enquiries but they are appealing for any motorists who were in the area at the time and may have dash cam footage of the crash to come forward.

DC Mat Leeming, from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: "We are keen to establish the circumstances around this collision and I would urge any witnesses who have not already spoken to us to get in touch.

"We are particularly keen to hear from anyone who has dash cam footage."

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Unit via email at FL_COLLISION_INVEST@west-midlands.pnn.police.uk, call 101 or Live Chat via WMP Online between 8am and midnight.
