THE Mugenkyo Taiko Drummers will return to Dudley Town Hall next year in their landmark 25th year on the road.

Europe’s longest established taiko group, the group uses the ancient Japanese drums to put on a high-energy performance full of thrills and spills.

The show, Tribe 25, which is suitable for all the family, is coming to the St James’s Road venue on Saturday May 18 next year.

Alex Jackson, booker for Dudley Borough Halls, said: "We're really excited to welcome the wonderful and ground-breaking Mugenkyo Taiko Drummers back to Dudley Town Hall with their brand new show.

"This will be a captivating and unmissable performance featuring sharp synchronisation, dramatic choreography and powerful rhythms on huge taiko drums.”

The show will start at 7.30pm, with doors opening at 6.45pm.

Tickets are now on sale and cost £20 for adults and £14 for children aged 16 and under.
