AS Tory MPs prepare to vote on the future of Theresa May, James Morris MP announced he is backing his boss.
The Halesowen MP has made it clear Mrs May will have his support in tonight's no-confidence vote.
He said: "Theresa May is the right person to finish off the negotiations with the EU and achieve a good Brexit deal."
If Mrs May loses a no-confidence vote by MPs tonight the Conservative Party will need to choose a new leader.
The vote of no-confidence in the Prime Minister was triggered after the chairman of the Tory MPs' back-bench committee, Sir Graham Brady, received 48 letters from Tory MPs of no-confidence in their leader.
The result of the no-confidence vote will be known by 10pm this evening.
