WHITNEY Court, Whitney-on-Wye hosted its third Annual Charity Christmas Shopping event on November 17 by kind permission of owners Augustine and Maureen Hope.
Ali Baker, events manager at the court was blessed to be supported by over 350 shoppers on the day who came along in support of St Michaels Hospice to see 25 local stallholders selling an array of beautiful gifts and products.
Ali would like to thank all the shoppers and the wonderful stallholders for supporting her on the day, and would to thank her family members and close friends who helped with car parking, the refreshments, and raffle.
The total monies raised this year was £3,888.25 thanks to donations, sales of St Michaels Hospice Christmas Cards and scratch cards, a grand raffle and refreshment sales, bringing the total raised over the three years to £8,500.
