A SECOND man has appeared before a judge accused of murdering a 34-year-old father of four in Dudley.

Arkash Tasleem was further remanded in custody until February 25 by Judge James Burbidge QC at Wolverhampton Crown Court.

Tasleem, of Broadway West, Walsall, spoke only to confirm his personal details during the short hearing.

He is charged with murdering Yasir Hussain, of Burnley, who was stabbed to death after a car crashed into a Chinese takeaway in Central Drive, Lower Gornal, on December 4.

Tasleem is further charges with possessing a bladed article and he is expected to enter pleas to the two offences when he returns to the crown court.

Nabeel Choudhary, aged 20, of Hope Street, West Bromwich, has already been remanded in custody charged with murdering Mr Hussain and possessing an imitation firearm.

Choudary will also return to the crown court on February 25 and the judge was told their trial is set to begin on June 3.

Stephen Linehan, prosecuting, told the judge the trial is scheduled to last for up to two weeks.
