A MAN stole bins, Mini Eggs and face cream from shops in Dudley, a court has heard.

Majkel Burjanski, aged 18, of Eve Lane, Dudley, pleaded guilty to stealing two silver bins from the Trident Shopping Centre; 12 bags of Mini Eggs from Iceland and £90 worth of Oil of Olay from Boots.

He received a conditional discharge for 12 months and was ordered to pay £432 in compensation at Dudley Magistrates' Court.

The following cases were also heard at Dudley Magistrates' Court last week.

Sally Hall, aged 26, of Hawbush Road, Brierley Hill, pleaded guilty to using threatening words and behaviour to cause distress to another person. She was ordered to pay £450 in fines, surcharges and costs.

Adrian Bill, aged 41, of Cole Street, Dudley, pleaded guilty to stealing meat from Aldi and a £49.99 drill. He received a 24 month concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 18 months. He was also ordered to pay a surcharge and compensation totalling £277.99.

Terry Jukes, aged 44, of Badsey Road, pleaded guilty to stealing a Superdry jacket worth £99.99 from the Merry Hill store. He was ordered to pay fines, costs, compensation and surcharges totalling £344.99.

Bradley Niblett, aged 27, of Cromwell Street, Dudley, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour towards a police officer to cause them distress. He was fined £150 and ordered to pay £200 in costs and a £30 surcharge.

Sulayman Anaam, aged 23, of Prince Street, Cradley Heath, pleaded guilty to drink driving with 40 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on Hawes Lane. He was banned from driving for 12 months and was ordered to pay £285 in fines, surcharges and costs.

Alexander McDonald, aged 30, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to trespassing the Stourbridge Lion and stealing £700 in cash and trespassing Aldi in Brierley Hill and stealing an unknown amount of cash. He received a 12 week prison sentence and was ordered to pay £730 in compensation.

Mohammed Shafiq, aged 36, of Himley Road, Dudley, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police constable and another man. He was jailed for 28 days and must pay £150 in compensation.

Garry Windmill, aged 45, of Maltmill Lane, Blackheath, pleaded guilty to possessing a folded pocket knife in Brierley Hill without lawful authority. He received a three month prison sentence suspended for 12 months and a curfew for four weeks. He was also ordered to pay a surcharge and costs totalling £250.

David Poulton, aged 32, of Southbank Road, Cradley Heath, pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting an emergency worker. He received a six week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months and is required to uphold a curfew for four weeks. He was also ordered to pay £800 in compensation and costs.
