MPs from around the region had their say on a no-deal Brexit in a night of high political drama.
With just days to go until Britain leaves the EU, the House of Commons last night (March 13) was asked to vote on a motion ruling out leaving without a deal.
The motion was passed with a majority of 43 but despite MPs rejecting the no-deal option it could still happen because the vote was not binding.
The region's cabinet minister, Bromsgrove's Sajid Javid (Home Secretary) obeyed government instructions and voted against the motion.
Wyre Forest Tory Mark Garnier and Redditch Conservative Rachel Maclean both also toed the line and voted against ruling out a no-deal Brexit
