O2 AND Vodafone customers in Llandudno have been left frustrated after being left with no signal or internet connection.
The issues have been ongoing since the start of the week and are set to continue until at least Thursday and have also affected the phone giants’ subsidiaries including Giffgaff and Tesco Mobile.
Both networks are down due to maintenance work. A statement on the O2 website said: “Sorry, we’re carrying out some upgrade work in this area.
“We’re carrying out some upgrade work to help improve our network.
"While we do this, you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data.
“We’re working as fast as we can. Everything should be back to normal by 6pm on Thursday.”
While O2 have assured customers service is set to return on Thursday, Vodafone users are still in the dark as to when their service may return.
Llandudno is the only place in the area believed to be affected by the works.
Readers took to social media earlier this week, saying they had been experiencing issues with their phone coverage for nearly a week.
