PEOPLE can report issues from fly-tipping to missed bin collections at the click of a button by downloading the Dudley Council app.
More than 11,000 people have already downloaded the app which is free.
People can report a range of issues, quickly and easily via the app, including graffiti, fly-tipping and potholes.
Information and news from the council is also available on the app as well as job alerts, an online payments facility and a link for council tenants to request housing repairs.

Alan Lunt, deputy chief executive at Dudley Council, said: "There are now more ways than ever before for people to report issues to us without having to travel to, or phone a council building.
"The app is a handy way for people to let us know about issues such as fly-tipping or potholes while they are out and about.”
The app can be downloaded for free at all major app stores.
