DRIVERS can expect delays as a series of temporary traffic are in operation across Halesowen and Cradley while work is carried out by utility companies during the school holidays.

In Whittingham Road there will be temporary traffic lights - they are operating now and will continue until Thursday May 9.

They are operating from opposite no.74 to no. 104 while Cadent Gas carries out work on gas mains in the area.

In Feldon Lane temporary traffic lights will rill run till next Friday (April 26) along the whole length of the road and its junction with Narrow Lane while Highways maintenance takes place to kerbs.

In Hurst Green Road, Halesowen, lights will operate from no.s 78-88 from tomorrow till Thursday while a footpath is repaired.

In Hagley Road West at Quinton they will operate from the junction of Halesowen Road from today till Friday (April 19) to allow Severn Trent Water to repair a sewer.

These lights will be controlled manually at peak traffic flow times, from 7.30am till 9.30am and from 2.30pm till 6pm.

In Toys Lane, Cradley, they are operating outside no.18 from now till Wednesday (April 17) as South Staffs Water repairs leaks on a water main.

In nearby Colley Lane signals will operate outside no. 127 till Wednesday (April 17) as South Staffs Water repair a leaking water main - this work could affect supplies in the area.
