THE final reservation has been placed on a new housing development in Hagley.

Each of the 192 reservations at Wychbury Fields has now been secured, following five years of development at the 30 acre site.

Developers CALA homes have pumped £910,000 in the area by supporting education in the area, improving Hagley Surgery and creating a new bus shelter and cycle shelters for Hagley train station as part of the Section 106 contributions.

The company has also invested over £1million on improvement works to the Kidderminster Road roundabout to help improve traffic conditions at the junction.

Over £7,000 has also been donated to Hagley Ramblers Scout Group, Stourbridge Girls Brigade, West Hagley Football Club and Hagley’s Scott Explorer Scout Unit amongst others.
