A 38-YEAR-OLD man suffered serious head injuries in an attack outside a Halesowen pub.
The victim was hurt after an argument outside The Old Crown pub in Carters Lane, just after midnight yesterday (Monday July 15).
He was given "trauma care" at the scene and was rushed to hospital with serious injuries.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "Police are investigating after a man suffered injuries to his head following an argument at a pub in Carters Lane, Halesowen , shortly after midnight yesterday.
"The 38-year-old man remains in hospital to be treated for injuries, which are not believed to be life threatening and a second man was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
"CCTV is being reviewed as enquires continue."
Two ambulances were sent to the scene.
A spokeswoman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said two patients were treated.
One man was given "trauma care" at the scene and was rushed to hospital with serious injuries.
The other man suffered minor injuries and didn't require hospital treatment.
