TWO men have denied killing a 32-year-old man found with serious head injuries in Oldbury.

Amjad Khan died five days after being discovered at a house in Yardley Close, Bristnall Fields.

Daman Sehra and Derek Brennan both pleaded not guilty to his murder when they appeared before a Judge at Wolverhampton Crown Court.

The pair further denied a charge of attempting to cause grievous bodily harm with intent to Kimberley Linton on January 8.

Sehra, 22, of Arden Road, Smethwick and 31-year-old Brennan of Halesowen Road, Netherton were both further remanded in custody for trial.

Judge James Burbidge QC was told their trial is scheduled to begin at the Crown Court on January 7 and last for two weeks.

Mr Khan died on June 13, five days after being found with massive head injuries.
