THE jury in the trial of four men - including a man from Dudley - charged with blasting a 24-year-old man to death with a shotgun have been discharged for legal reasons.
It is now expected to trial of the accused will start again before Judge James Burbidge QC at Wolverhampton Crown Court next week.
Dwaine Smith, 26, of The Broadway, Dudley; Montell Gray, 22, of Springfield Road, Wednesfield; Seamus Williams, 23, of Okement Gardens, Wednesfield and 22-year-old Kurrum Guild of Oakthorpe Gardens, Tividale have all pleaded not guilty to murdering Dwaine Haughton.
He died from gunshot wounds after the incident in Valley Road, Park Village, Wolverhampton on July 20 last year.
Smith, Guild and Williams have further denied a charge of arson while the four men have also pleaded not guilty to possessing a firearm and ammunition with intent to endanger life.
