Inspector Gail Struthers from Motherwell Police Office, said: “Yvonne is thought to have left her home address sometime between 2 am and 6.30am on Friday, August 23 in the Kirkshaws area of Coatbridge.

“We have been speaking to her family who say that her being out of touch for this time is not like her, hence the cause for their concern. We all just want to know that Yvonne is safe and well.

“Yvonne is known to travel by taxi and walk about the local area, given the time of day, it's hoped that someone would have seen her waiting walking about getting into a taxi.

“I would appeal to anyone who knows Yvonne, or who may have seen her since Friday morning, to call officers at Coatbridge via 101, quoting incident number 0494 of Friday 23 August 2019 or email lanarkshiremissingpersons@scotland.pnn.police.uk ”
