DUDLEY Canal and Tunnel Trust has officially entered the Trip Advisor 'Hall of Fame' thanks to years of top reviews on the site.
The Birmingham New Road attraction has won the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence for the sixth consecutive year, propelling it into the site's 'Hall of Fame' of top attractions in the UK.
Traci Dix-Williams, Chief Executive of Dudley Canal and Tunnel Trust, said: “We’re delighted to have achieved the Certificate of Excellence yet again and secured our place in the Hall of Fame.
"It is great for all the staff and volunteers to be recognised for their hard work and know that our visitors are thoroughly enjoying their time with us.”
The 'Hall of Fame' accolade is only given to those attractions which have achieved the certificate of excellence for five consecutive years.
Traci added: "We’re proud to be one of the Midlands’ favourite visitor attractions. It’s wonderful to see our unique and special underground experience praised so highly by our visitors.”
Around 100,000 visitors flock to the site every year to enjoy canal rides and to explore the tunnels.
