TWO men are to go on trial charged with the murder of a man in Oldbury.
Amjad Khan, aged 32-years-old, was found seriously injured at a property in Yardley Close in Oldbury just before 1am on June 8 last year.
He was rushed to hospital but died five days later on June 13.
Derek Brennan, aged 32, and Daman Sehra, aged 22, both of no fixed address, were arrested at the scene and later charged.
Both pleaded not guilty to murder at a hearing at Wolverhampton Crown Court last July.
The pair face a two-week trial at Birmingham Crown Court, which is scheduled to start on Tuesday, January 7.
