TROUBLESOME youths have been handed warning letters by police in Oldbury.
Officers gave the youths at the site of Rounds Green Library, Martley Rd, anti-social behaviour warning letters last night (Tuesday).
They tweeted: "The message is simple - be kind, be polite, be respectful.
"Antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated."
