TWO parcels of land are up for sale in Rowley Regis - and are attracting a lot of interest from potential buyers.
One parcel of land which has been cleared and is next to Dudley Golf Club - is up for £50k - while the other plot nearby, which is not cleared, is open to offers.
There has been a lot of interest in the plots, off Portway Road, near the Wheatsheaf Pub.
A spokesman for Wakeman Estate Agents said there are more than 12 offers on the cleared plot, (pictured above) which is 5.22 acres.
The sales notes state: "The site is a strategic irregular shaped area of land with frontages to Turners Hill and Portway Hill at present used for sport and recreational use but other uses may be considered, subject to Local Authority approval."
The other parcel of land, (pictured below) which is not cleared and fronts onto Turners Hill, is 4.8 acres.
The sales notes state: "Prospective purchasers are invited to make a reasonable offer having regard to the other parcel of land nearby which is larger and not overgrown.
"The site is an irregular area of land with a frontage to Turners Hill at present being scrub land and uses should be discussed with the Local Authority."
All offers should be either confirmed in writing or telephoned through to the relevant office.
