It will come up at a Cottons Auctions online sale tomorrow Wednesday (September 16).
The guide price is listed as between £90k and £98k.
The sales note state that it has three double bedrooms and a large rear garden but requires "modernisation and improvement."
They go on: "The property forms part of a popular and established residential area and is situated at the junction with Banners Lane, conveniently within approximately one and a half miles to the west of Halesowen Town Centre and three miles to the east of Stourbridge Town Centre."
On the ground floor there is a hall, lounge, dining kitchen with pantry and brick stores and toilet.
Upstairs there's three bedrooms and a bathroom.
The auction is at 3pm with bidding by internet, telephone and proxy.
