A HALESOWEN road which has a doctors surgery and school on it, is set to close for resurfacing.
Feldon Lane will be closed between its junction with Long Lane and Narrow Lane, for four weeks from Monday October 19 until Friday November 13, while the road and footpaths are resurfaced.
The road is home to Feldon Lane doctors surgery and Halesbury School, which is a special school. It is also home to Jack In the Box nursery and backs onto Hurst Green Primary School, on Narrow Lane.
The closure will be in effect on weekdays between 9.30am and 3.30pm.
A spokesman for Dudley Council said: "The closure is required in order to safely facilitate carriageway and footway resurfacing works."
Traffic will be diverted via: Long Lane, Oak Barn Road and Narrow Lane and vice versa.
