HIGHWAYS chiefs have issued an emergency road closure order for Grammar School Lane, Halesowen, while repairs are carried out to fix a service pipe that has burst.
The road has been closed to traffic between Whitefriars Drive and the A458 Stourbridge Road to enable workmen to carry out the repairs safely.
Traffic will be diverted along Furnace Lane, Whittingham Road, Old Hawne Lane and vice versa.
It is anticipated that the road will be closed until tomorrow (Friday September 25).
