THREE areas in Halesowen have seen five or more new coronavirus cases recorded in latest figures - with nearby Old Hill recording 10.

The latest data published by Public Health England shows which areas in Halesowen and surrounding have recorded three new cases or more between September 19 and September 25 – the latest data available.

Shell Corner & Hurst Green recorded seven cases, while Halesowen East recorded five and Hawne also recorded five cases.

The figures are split into several "middle super output areas" – zones that are slightly larger than postcode areas with an average population of around 7,200 people.

Areas with fewer than two cases are not highlighted by Public Health England in its figures.
