POLICE clocked 11 drivers speeding along the Thorns Road, Quarry Bank, in a traffic operation yesterday.
Student officers working with response officers from Brierley Hill Police Station carried out the operation on the busy road yesterday afternoon (Friday October 23).
Dudley PC Jamie Follows said 11 drivers were recorded driving at speeds between 45mph and 57mph on the 30mph limit dual carriageway and he added: "They will now be reported for the offences."
Officers also arrested a man on suspicion of drink driving and PC Follows said: "He will be charged to court and a file prepared."
